Loyalists take a liking to the shiny "tower" design of this "stylish" and "friendly" "business travelers' hotel" close to Highway 240 in East Memphis where the "retro decor" includes a "beautiful" four-story atrium with a stainless-steel fountain; spoilers say the lobby is "way too noisy" and the "pie-shaped" rooms are "cramped" ("no queen beds in two-bed rooms"), but some do have "nice views" and good-looking interiors ("I wanted to take the furniture home").

The bed was so comfortable - large roomy room.

Very nice hotel - access to highway very good - rooms quite large - bed was very comfortable - a very good value at the Priceline price.

Beautiful hotel, beds were great.
Carpet in the room and hall badly stained. Not enough help at the check in desk. We stood four in line.

The lobby/bar area was beautiful. The room was above average. Good price.
The bathroom needed updated, but it was clean.
Very nice hotel for the price. I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Memphis.

Reflecting pool around the hotel was nice, valet staff were courteous.
Pink mold in commode upon arrival, plumbing issues with the bathtub, something black backed up into the bathtub. Lots of smudges on doors/fixtures.
Bathrooms not clean; restaurant staff rude.
